The Makita DUC355Z is powered by 2x 18V batteries. It features a fully brushless motor for maximum power and long life and an ergonomic soft grip for added comfort and reduced fatigue during use. The large separate-type metal spike bumper allows the spike to grip the work piece firmly to provide more control and the electric chain break conserves battery power and decreases the likelihood of injury. Its captive nuts prevent the loss of a nut when removing the sprocket cover to replace the guide bar or saw chain and the spikes grip the work-piece firmly to provide more control.
