Trend 45° Chamfer V Groove Cutter C044X1/4TC

The Trend Chamfer Groove cutter is used for edging, grooving, veining work and chamfer cutting, on man made fibre boards, natural timbers and plastics. Tools are offered to produce various angles for engraving, chamfering and V grooving. Ball bearing and pin guided cutters enable curved work to be undertaken, bearings running along the board edge or a template. Typical trade applications include sign making, freehand engraving, cabinet making and decorative joinery.

Two flute carbide TCT tips for cleaner cutting edges and fast clearance of waste in all timber and timber based materials
PTFE coating to minimise heat and resin build up for increased cutter performance and longevity
45° 'V' groove profile ideal for panel work and matchboard grooving details
Used for mitred corner details on thin stock up to 9mm. Additional 90° profile allows quirked shoulder feature for extra diversity
1/4in shank for easy control in smaller routers with 'K'mark shank to ensure safe working practices
