The BTS800 sander from Scheppach combines a belt sander and a disc sander in one convenient tool for every DIY enthusiast. The sturdy cast iron construction provides high-pressure sanding for precise results. The Scheppach BTS800 sander boasts a 100 x 280 mm sanding surface that adapts to both horizontal and vertical needs. Customise your sanding experience with an adjustable angle range of 0° to +90°, easily managed with the included Allen key. The 915 mm long sanding belt, spinning at 7.5 m/s counterclockwise, effortlessly smooths flat and curved wood surfaces with its 80-grit sanding belt. For added stability and pressure during sanding, utilise the removable metal stop, especially handy for longer workpieces. The 150 mm diameter sanding disc constantly rotates at 2850 min-1, and it's a breeze to change sandpaper thanks to the Velcro fastener. The 215 x 145 mm worktable, made of aluminium, can be tilted up to 45°, facilitating precise angle adjustments. With a lengthwise groove across the worktable and the included cross stop, you can fine-tune angles from -60° to +60° for impeccable results.
