Shipping to the Offshore Postcodes may have further restrictions based on the size and weight of the order, and in some cases these orders may be subject to cancellation.

Exclusions from next day service:
- If the items are big and needs to be delivered via pallet then we use 3-5 days delivery service for pallet deliveries.
- If your item comes direct from supplier then it will be on 3-5 days service as well.
- Deliveries to offshore, highlands and Northern Ireland will be on 3-5 days service for normal parcels however if order requires pallet delivery or multiple parcels it might be subject to cancellations due to restrictions from courier companies.
We use multiple courier companies which provides tracking information once your order has been dispatched from us.
It is our company policy not to leave parcel at safe place unless it’s at your discretion and we will not take responsibility if the parcel gets lost. Hence if you miss the delivery please get in touch with our courier company or contact us for redelivery.
It is advisable to provide a contact mobile number so that this may be given to the carrier in case of any delivery issues.

We are unable to deliver outside UK at this point of time hence if you have already ordered for delivery to Non-UK delivery address then your order will get cancelled and refunded. If you face any issue with cancellations and refund please Contact Us.
Delivery Timing and Claims
Most orders are shipped on a 24 working hours service.
For most orders, where products are in stock, orders received prior to 3PM will be shipped the same day. Where stock is held at our suppliers shipping may take an extra few days. All customers should read the expected delivery times and reach out to us within 3 working days if you haven’t received your order. Once the investigation is completewe will be in a position to provide you with an update. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may prevent an investigation from taking place with no final resolution being offered. Therefore, any goods purchased will be non-recoverable / non-refundable and will not be re-despatched.
