Constructed to the same high standards as the LuxFold, the FireFold Timber Folding Loft Ladder is engineered to offer fire resistance for up to 30 minutes (EI230 rating). It is ideal for properties with more than three floors or passive houses that need a fire-rated loft ladder. The ladder features a continuous seal to prevent draughts and comes fully assembled, requiring only minor adjustments during installation. The timber used is PEFC-certified, sourced from sustainably managed forests, and includes recycled and controlled materials [PEFC 16-37-2313].
