Makita UP100D 12V CXT Brushless Pruning Shear takes out the effort in manual pruning.  Ideal for noise-sensitive locations such as around schools, hospitals and offices, these shears effortlessly cut without the noise of a chainsaw or hedge trimmers. The UP100D features the electronic adjustment of the blade opening and closing angle – either 18mm half open or 25mm fully open.  By pressing the adjustment angle button for 3 seconds, the blade overlap can be adjusted when closed to protect the cutting blade. The control buttons are placed at the base of the shear so that no changes are made to the operation by mistake as the trigger and grip are closer to the top of the tool, along with the LED indicator.
