The Trend Hinge Jig A H/JIG/A is a two-piece jig for quick, accurate, repeatable fitting of hinges to doors and frames. The two-part Contractor Hinge Jig is a portable template set designed for recessing hinges in wooden doors and frames using a plunge router.

There is no need to mark things out in the conventional way
It is quick and simple to set up as the hinge is used as the pattern
Every time, clean and accurate recesses are achieved. Suitable for timber-based doors and square butt hinges
Can be used on both inside and outside doors, rebated frames, and maximum 25mm thick fixed stops
Use with a light-duty plunge router with a 1/4 inch collet
Long reach router cutter required, 12mm diameter with 70mm overall length
Angled position slots prevent creep
Unibase may be needed
T4EK router requires a ref. UNIBASE or special guide bush ref. GB/T4/160
