The Makita DUC306PT2 2x5Ah 18V BL LXT Top Handle Chainsaw is an essential professional gardening tool for trained tree surgeons. Its powerful 36V DC motor drive system is supplied by two 18V Li-ion batteries in tandem. The captive nuts prevent nuts from being lost when the sprocket cover is removed to replace the saw chain or guide bar. It also features a hook that is designed to position the guide bar directly down as the chainsaw hangs from a waist. Safety features include a kickback brake, trigger-controlled variable speed, an electric chain brake, and an auto-power off function. Its useful Torque boost mode temporarily raises the current limit to allow the user to cut through thicker branches more quickly. The metal spike bumper delivers more precision and control by firmly gripping the workpiece, making cutting significantly easier.
