The Makita UR008GD201 2x2.5Ah 40V max Brushless Line Trimmer XGT offers users three speeds - Hi/Med/Lo. It has a powerful brushless motor, with an electronic current limiter for overload protection. An electric brake is also included to facilitate quick and efficient stops. The tool also features a narrow protector for use along with the plastic blade and nylon cutting head.  The Active Feedback Sensing Technology shuts down the tool if the rotation speed slow down suddenly, and the Automatic Torque Drive Technology alters the cutting speed according to load condition. Ideal for professional and DIY users. It has a variable speed control function with a soft start function and constant speed control. The handle is ergonomically designed with a soft rubberized grip for comfy handling.
