The Trend LOCK/JIG/C Professional Lock Jig is a robust contractor-grade jig designed for precise cutting of mortises and face-plate recesses for popular door locks using a plunge router. Built with durable steel construction, it offers maximum strength, accuracy, and long-lasting performance. Its interchangeable templates, centering guide, and quick-release clamps ensure fast, reliable, and tool-free setup without damaging the door surface. The jig features a full-length adjustable fence for doors between 34mm and 58mm thick, along with height spacers for different guide bush spigots. A handy reference chart provides quick lock-to-template matching, making it ideal for fitting mortise sash locks, dead locks, and latches efficiently.

Requires: 1/2- inch plunge router with a 80mm plunge, fitted with a 30mm guide bush with 6mm spigot & 12mm diameter long reach cutter. A 1/4-inch plunge router can be used for the face plate but will not achieve full depth of mortise.
