How we grade our warehouse returns products?
Since each returns have various different reasons down to personal likes/dislikes, quality issue, manufacturer’s fault or simply change of mind. Considering all these factors, we have classified the products returns for resell purpose as per below:
Damaged Box
Where item is new and unused however box is damaged or item is in good condition with some cosmetics wear however fully functional. The item may arrive with damaged packaging or be repackaged.
Box Opened Never Used
Where item is never used however original packaging may have been lost. The item may arrive with damaged packaging or be repackaged.
Used Like New
Where item has been used but is in working condition and fully functional. The item may have scratches or body has lost its shine or can have cosmetics wear and tear however is fully functional. The item may arrive without original packaging but is safe to use.
Refurbished Grade “A”
Where item was repaired by manufacturer or us and is been refurbished to use like new machine. The item may have scratches or body has lost its shine or can have cosmetics wear and tear however is fully functional.
