The Makita RT001GZ01 40V XGT Brushless Router Trimmer is a carpenter tool that you can use to cut grooves or decorative trimmings in wood. This low vibration machine has a impressive list of specifications such as soft start, variable and constant speed control, electric brake for your safety along with an anti-restart function to prevent accidents. The router features a soft brake that gently stops the machine which reduces the risk of damage to the material you’re working on. It also includes LED work light with both pre-glow and after glow functions to ensure you are able to place the tool in the right place. The router trimmer can also connect to Makita’s AWS which will automatically start an external dust extractor so that your materials are free from dust and debris.
