The Sealey AK8691 Premier Professional Insulated Hacksaw is designed for electrical, industrial and engineering applications where insulated hand tools are required. It features an injection-moulded Nylon 11 insulated frame and handle that exceeds the requirements of IEC 60900 for live-line working. Suitable for use from -40°C to +70°C, it meets Category C requirements and is rated for 1000V safe live working. The hacksaw is supplied with a 300mm 24TPI Bi-Metal HSS blade and incorporates a wing-nut mechanism for easy blade tension adjustment and replacement.
