The Sealey EV500S is a 3 x 4m fire safety blanket designed for the rapid containment of fires involving lithium batteries, including those found in e-bikes, e-scooters and electric vehicles. Manufactured from high-performance fibreglass fabric with a silicone coating, it withstands instant working temperatures up to 1000°C and continuous temperatures up to 500°C.
