The Sealey VS8813 OBD Breakout Box is designed to test a vehicle's 16-pin OBDII/EOBDII diagnostic port for faults before connecting other diagnostic equipment. It can be connected in series with OBD diagnostic equipment and can also be used with multimeters and oscilloscopes for further electrical testing. Suitable for both 12V and 24V vehicle systems, it provides selectable real-time pin voltage readings and communication protocol indicators. Built-in overload and reverse-polarity protection help protect connected diagnostic equipment.
